This course is designed for everyone, whether you're an experienced stylist or a beginner. No matter your level of experience, Jade provides the foundation and hands-on knowledge you need to succeed, altering the education to meet your individual needs.

There are two payment options:

1. Pay in full at the time of booking.
2. Pay a 50% deposit now, with the remaining balance due 2 weeks before the training date.

Yes, you can purchase hair from us as we are a trusted hair supplier for many salons. Hair typically takes 7-10 days to arrive, as we order directly from our supplier specifically for our students.

The hair used in Jade's salon is the same high-quality hair we supply to students, but we reserve salon stock for client appointments. In urgent cases, we can provide hair from our salon inventory if needed.

Each month, Jade will be offering her exclusive 1:1 education sessions on two selected Mondays per month. When booking, you’ll choose your preferred month, and we’ll assign you the next available Monday.

The class takes place at Jade’s Perth salon, located at 4/100 Gungurru Ave, Hocking WA (Wyatt Grove Shopping Village).

Yes, you will get to install on a live model during the training. Please note that you are responsible for arranging your own model. We recommend securing a model before booking your education session. Your model will need to cover the cost of the hair, which is typically around $700 for 150g.

We allow up to two reschedules per student. After that, your full payment will be forfeited, and no further reschedules will be permitted. While we understand that unexpected things can happen, please note that Jade is a busy salon owner, and rescheduling impacts both her schedule and the salon's operations.

If your model cancels, you will be responsible for securing a new model to attend the training.

JHE offers two course options to suit your learning style:

1-Day Course
This is a fast-track option, perfect for those wanting to learn everything in one day. Running from 10am to 3pm, you'll cover all the essential theory and hands-on training in a single session.

2-Day Split Course
This course provides extra support by splitting the training into two days. On the first day (10am to 3pm), you’ll learn the theory and do an install (everything you would do in the one day course) then 6 weeks later, you'll return to assess your work with Jade and refit your model, giving you the chance to refine your technique and ask any further questions.
