Strict Return Policy:

• Wholesale returns: Salons and partners who purchase wholesale are responsible for educating their clients on proper hair care practices. However,if you believe you received a bad batch (never encountered in our 3 years of operation), the hair can be returned to JHE for assessment and a potential exchange.
• Education cancellations: If you cancel your education booking with Jade more than three times, you will forfeit your payment and be referred to our online education platform.
